N\u00eb t\u00eb punojn\u00eb ekipi m\u00eb i mir\u00eb i pediat\u00ebrve, neonatolog\u00ebve dhe infermier\u00ebve me trajnim t\u00eb nivelit t\u00eb lart\u00eb.<\/p><p>Reanimacioni par\u00ebsor cil\u00ebsor i t\u00eb porsalindurve t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetsh\u00ebm dhe me rrezikshm\u00ebri t\u00eb lart\u00eb kryhet nga neonatolog\u00ebt tan\u00eb. B\u00ebhet edhe diagnoza dhe trajtimi i asfiksis\u00eb perinatale, s\u00ebmundjeve infektive, s\u00ebmundjeve t\u00eb mushk\u00ebrive, s\u00ebmundjeve hemolitike t\u00eb fetusit dhe t\u00eb porsalindurit, elektroliteve dhe t\u00eb tjera. Depistimi b\u00ebhet p\u00ebr hipotiroidiz\u00ebm kongjenital, fibroz\u00eb cistike. Imunizimet e detyrueshme zbatohen p\u00ebr periudh\u00ebn neonatale, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 rasteve kur prind\u00ebrit kan\u00eb shprehur d\u00ebshir\u00ebn e tyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb refuzuar vaksinimin me shkrim. I porsalinduri monitorohet me ndihm\u00ebn e nj\u00eb sistemi video mbikqyrje t\u00eb instaluar posa\u00e7\u00ebrisht n\u00eb ambientet e Repartit. Mjek\u00ebt prind\u00ebrve u japin \u00e7do dit\u00eb informacion p\u00ebr gjendjen e f\u00ebmij\u00ebs dhe diskutojn\u00eb me ta p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjet q\u00eb\u00a0 interesojn\u00eb.
