Katerina Shakleva is the head nurse in the “Dr. Organdziski” hospital and an anesthesiology nurse. She graduated nursing school and the Higher Medical school, VZS.

Work experience:
From 1999 to 2022 she worked at the anesthesia, reanimation and intensive care departments in the Clinical Hospital of Shtip; she has been the head nurse of the anesthesia, resuscitation and intensive care service (SARIL) for 14 years; she is a long-time member of the association of nurses and obstetricians of Shtip; she is one of the founders of the Macedonian association of anesthesia, reanimation and intensive care nurses (MZMSARIN) from the city of Shtip;

She has acquired numerous certificates and acknowledgments at the municipal, national and international level, including: a certificate for participation in the seminar “Medical Waste Management” (2013); a certificate for participation in the first international conference of high schools and colleges in nursing (2014); a letter of thanks from ZMSTA – Shtip (2014); a certificate of participation in the nursing and obstetrics documentation conference (2014); a certificate for participation in the international symposium “Nurses/obstetricians – a force for change. A resource of vital importance for health” (2014); a certificate from the seminar ,,Managing of Human Resources for Health” (2015); a  certificate from the seminar ,,Care Excellence, Effective Communication and Patient Behavior in Therapy Adherence” (2015); a certificate for participation in the second anesthesiologists’ meeting with international participation at ZMSTAM of Macedonia under the motto: ,,Continuing education – imperative for successful practice” (2019); a certificate of attendance at the conference with the support of the ,,Nursing now” campaign (2018); a  certificate for participation in an anesthetist meeting under the motto “Nurse, anesthetist – yesterday, today and tomorrow” (2018) and many others.
She participated in a one-month education about the department in which he has been working for many years, “Florence Nightingale” in Istanbul, Turkey,  (2012).
