Ivana Mancheva is a graduated nurse and a specialized scrub nurse. She graduated high school in Shtip in 2016.
She graduated from the University of “St. Cyril and Methodius” – Skopje at the Faculty of medicine – Higher Medical School in 2009. She completed specialist studies at the Goce Delchev University – Shtip Faculty of Medical Sciences – VZSH (2012). From 2008 to 2015, while still a student, she began cooperation with “Bayer Healthcare Bayer Schering Pharma” where she was hired as an external collaborator to work with patients with multiple sclerosis. In 2010, through the projects of the Ministries and USAID with the “Jane Sandanski” high school – Shtip, she worked as an instructor for regulating and performing practical teaching of students in the Clinical Hospital – Shtip. In 2011-2012, she volunteered at the Health Insurance Fund of Macedonia.
She has been working at the Clinical Hospital – Shtip for more than 11 years, out of which:
2012-2016, scrub nurse in operating rooms;
2016-2018, head nurse of R.E. surgical diseases;
2018-2023, head nurse of R.E. surgery, and at the same time a scrub nurse in the operating block. In 2015 she acquired the right to conduct external evaluation of hospitals in the accreditation procedure. Appointed as an external evaluator with a certificate and accreditation from the Faculty of Medicine – Skopje and the Agency for Quality and Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions.
She is a member of:
Agency for quality and accreditation of healthcare institutions; Independent union for health, pharmacy and social protection of RSM; Association for disinfection and sterilization of Macedonia; Association for the affirmation of health workers with specialization in RSM, AZRS – Skopje; Association of nurses, technicians and obstetricians – Shtip; ABOUT US – Association of nurses, technicians, obstetricians and dental nurses of Macedonia.
She has received:
A letter of commendation from the association of nurses, technicians and obstetricians – Shtip and numerous certificates for participation in professional meetings, regional, state and international congresses. Under the mentorship of prof. Dr. Emilia Janevic Ivanovska, she has works, produced and published her specialist work. The published specialist paper is in the “Medikus” Magazine – an informative messenger of public health, Shtip.
