Suzana Belcheva is the Head nurse of the Operational department at the “Dr. Organdziski” hospital.

Work experience: 21 years as a scrub nurse at PHI Clinical Hospital – Shtip out of which:
Since 2002 until 2015 in surgical operating rooms; 4 years of work experience as a scrub nurse in the GAO at the Clinical Hospital – Shtip and again in surgical operating rooms in the same institution until January 2023. She has obtained diplomas, certificates, letters of thanks from ZMSTA of the municipality of Shtip; A certificate for “Energy efficiency in the health sector”; a certificate from “DSAM” – Skopje for participation in an expert meeting on disinfection in healthcare facilities; a certificate for completed training in the field of endoscopic and operative urology; a certificate from the “Florens Nightingale Hospital” Group – Turkey;

She has participated in several lectures in the field of “DSAM” and ZMSTA. She has been a member of ZMSTA for 20 years.
