The life work of Prim. Dr. Vancho Organdziski, M.D. – topic in the TV show ,,The Road to Success”

About the beginnings – inexperience, personal development, the development of the professional career and the way to the first private hospital in Eastern Macedonia, Prim. Dr. Vancho Organdziski spoke on the show “The Road to Success”.

Dr. Vancho Organdziski made the decision to enter the health field after completing his high school days, with the motivation of his family. Medicine was a great challenge and a real honor for him, so he enrolled in the Faculty of Medicine and became one of the youngest doctors to graduate.

“After completing primary and secondary education, the question was – ‘what to study.’ At that time mostly the aspiration was to be a doctor. In my family there were economists, lawyers, engineers, professors – everything was there, but there was no doctor”, Dr. Vancho Organdziski spoke about his beginnings.

Young, inexperienced, but full of energy – Dr. Organdziski, as the director of the Health Center in Vinica, managed to gain the sympathy of the then Minister of Health and achieve reconstruction of the old building of the Health Center

“It all happened very quickly. The minister came personally to the opening. But I was a very restless spirit, I wanted more and more”, says Dr. Organdziski about this event from the beginning of his career.

Gynecology is his desire, and specialization is his aspiration and realized goal. From 1981, he became a gynecology specialist at Shtip Hospital, where he worked for 11-12 years. In that period prim. Dr. Vancho Organdziski was the first to deal with marital infertility.

“I worked with methods that were current at the time, but I certainly wanted to continue improving myself. I was happy to go for sub specialization at the Clinical Center in Ljubljana. When I went there, the main change happened in me as a person. When I returned from there, I introduced many changes in the Clinical Center in Shtip,” says Dr. Organdziski about his beginnings with the problem of marital infertility.

Many people complained about the first private practice – an idea of Dr. Vancho Organdziski. However, not only did he successfully realize it, but he gradually came to the first private hospital in the Eastern Region “Dr. Organdziski”.

“If I remember those moments, now I ask myself, ‘where did I get that courage from?’ Then I won a lot of sympathy from the patients, I was quite popular. In the beginning, the problem in the private practice was the equipment, it was extremely expensive. I got my first ultrasound machine with the help of grateful patients. And ever since then, I’ve been saying to myself – will that dream of someday having my own hospital come true?”, explains Dr. Organdziski about the work of the first private practice and the desire to open his own hospital.

The “Dr. Organdziski” Hospital is the life work of prim. Dr. Vancho Organdziski, who says that this success could not be achieved without the commitment of his son, Dr. Stojan Organdziski, daughter-in-law Dr. Verica Organdziska, daughter Snezhana Organdziska-Majstorova and his whole family.
